About me - 

Hi my name's Alicia, I’m a year 10 student at Westland high school.
I enjoy the outdoors and art.

My goal for the year, is to do well in all my classes.

Textiles

Week 6, Wednesday 9th June

Last week in textiles,Arnika and I began some of the major stages of the hoodie,

the sewing and cutting out process,

So far we have cut and sewed the sleeves to the front and back of the sweater.

  Last week in textiles, we made our samplers which tested our abilities of being able to do a simple seam and button-hole. I also added on a zig-zag stitch. 

Food

Last week in food we made tomato pasta sauce, It tasted nice but needed                                             more  sugar to cancel out the bitterness of the tomatoes, it was very easy to make.

 Last week in food we made rock cakes. 

They tasted very nice and were very easy to make,we added condensed milk instead of normal milk.

This week in food we made gingerbread christmas cookies,                                  

They were very easy to make and they tasted very good. Recommend to make these. Nothing wrong at all with this.

Getting into that christmas spirit.🎄

It was easy to make but needed more seasoning like salt or pepper.
